I'm Lucy Woodbridge - a cultural sector consultant and coach with over a decade of senior leadership experience at the Natural History Museum, Imperial War Museums, and UNICEF UK.
I work with museums, heritage sites, galleries and cultural venues across the UK - helping organisations grow commercial income, develop audiences, and unlock the value of what they already have. I also coach the leaders and teams who make it happen.

A consultant built inside the sector
I've spent over a decade leading commercial programmes inside some of the UK's most complex cultural organisations. At Imperial War Museums I built a programme generating over £6m. At the Natural History Museum I grew annual commercial income to £1m. At UNICEF UK I coached the events team through the Soccer Aid Gala, which raised £1m for children globally.
Today I bring that experience directly to the organisations and leaders who need it - as an independent cultural sector consultant and coach based in the UK.
