Hello, I'm Lucy.
I'm a consultant and coach with over a decade of senior leadership experience in the cultural sector - at the Natural History Museum, Imperial War Museums, and UNICEF UK, among others.
I work with ambitious organisations and the people leading them across museums, galleries, heritage sites and cultural venues - helping them create experiences that grow audiences, generate income, and make better use of what they already have.

About me
From national museums to smaller cultural venues, I've spent over a decade leading commercial programmes that build long-term audience relationships while delivering strong financial results. I've built and led large, multi-disciplinary teams who have gone on to generate significant income - including over £6m at Imperial War Museums and £1m annually at the Natural History Museum.
I bring strategic thinking, practical delivery, and people-centred leadership, shaped by real experience inside complex organisations. Today, through coaching and consultancy, I work with cultural leaders and teams who want to think differently, make confident decisions, and achieve sustainable growth.
